This 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home can accommodate up to 16 people with a king bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private bathroom in suite 1; a king bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private access to the main bathroom in suite 2; a king bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private bathroom in suite 3; a queen bed, 50" HD Flat Screen TV and private bathroom in suite 4; two twin over double bunk beds and a private bathroom in suite 5; and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room for extra guests. Enjoy a family ping pong tournament, bring your favorite PS4 games or rent some at the local red box or fee online games. Splash the day away at the amazing Paradise Village pools!

Located in Paradise Village at Zion over in Santa Clara, this home has extremely quick access to the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and more! **Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet will result in, but is not limited to, a $500 fine.

Additional vehicles, trailers, boats, and RVs need to be parked in the designated lots within the complex, or outside the community. If violation fines are charged to the owner of the home, they will be levied to the guest.

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer quieter stay for our family vacation. The layout is great with multiple large bedrooms with their own bathrooms along with a large spacious great room for everyone to hang out. Fantastic stay.

We absolutely loved staying here. There is more room than the pictures even suggest and everything was so nice. We especially loved that all the bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom. The location was awesome too...easy access to the pool and water area. We will definitely stay here again!

We had our family reunion here and it was perfect. With 5 families it can be hard to find a location that fits all our needs but this was the perfect house. Having the pool right in the back was perfect for quick swims without having to walk down the street to gain access. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect home for a family reunion as each group had their own bedroom and bathroom plus we could all eat together around one large table. Plus you can see the pool from the house which was so convenient.

The location of this home was perfect. Entrance to the pool was right out the back door. Very close to Snow Canyon, Tuachan and Ivin’s Reservoir. Love the upstairs balcony and fire pit. Fit out family perfectly.

Paradise Village #112 was great! The five bedrooms each with there own bathroom was great for our family. Pools were exceptional, our kids loved the lazy river and the slide at the main pool.

The location of the house to the pools was the best for our little family. We could walk outside our back door and be at the pool within seconds.

This was a trouble free stay. Easy check-in and out. Pool was cold but hot tub wAs nice. Very nice layout with open kitchen/family room and a large dining table that can seat at least 10 people. Updated decor and nicely decorated. Our group appreciated each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would stay here again.

To say poolside location is correct!! We could walk out of our patio and be at the lazy river and slides. The only down side I would say is the noise from the pool at night if you have younger kids in the bunk room. We would stay here again! It was the best time!
