"This is an excellent property. I was traveling with 4 other adults and two children, and this was a very spacious and nicely appointed apartment with kitchen, dining area, and two separate sleeping areas (one in the living room and a separate bedroom). It was very convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Hiroshima memorial park and museum. The owner provides a mobile wifi hotspot device that was a major bonus. I had some difficulty finding the apartment...

"The flat is located near the ferry port. It's a good spot to stay. The hosts gave us precisely instructions about checking in and out and they were very helpful, answering our questions. The flat is huge, perfect as we were with family and friends. Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen fully equipped. Nothing wrong. "

All the main sites were either in walking distance or a short tram ride. There were a couple of nice places to eat very close by. Overall a great place to stay. Would recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). We were 3, incl. 2 teenagers, and the unit felt good up to 2 guests only. It was really tight esp as each of us had luggages."

The first thing I did when I walked in was walk over to close the open windows, but they were already closed. They might as well be paper for all the sound they stop. Worse still, there are trains that run 30 feet away from 6am to 11pm. It's so bad that the owner actually provides earplugs. "The room here was my favourite out of the 5 different hotels I stayed at in Japan. Great space for a large family travelling together. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer in our room. Only downside was not having someone at the front desk to check us in upon arrival. Someone did come once we sent in a request however "
