I misunderstood the webpage when I booked and thought that dinner and breakfast were included but no meals are served here. I’m not sure if it is the time of year or whether it is always the same but local restaurants seemed to only be open from 9 to 4."

"Tucked away above the bar/cafe, this onsen was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very traditional in the Japanese style, and we had access to the entire area as we were the only guests staying on that night. The staff were completely lovely and helpful. The showers and toilets were well kept and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk around and explore Koyasan. Definitely worth a visit!"

"一番気になったのは、ウェブサイトや、居室内にある宿泊者向けの案内に書いてあるサービスが受けられなかったことです。 施設側のオーナーいう人にもこの点について説明を求めましたが、私たちが若いからなのか、一方的に記載からは到底想像もできない即席でつくったような理由で断られました。 例えば、ウェブサイトには、施設がある「印南町内への無料送迎はご利用代金にかかわらず随時承っております。その他エリアは、ご利用代金10,000円以上にて片道20kmまで無料送迎。お気軽にご利用いただけます。」とありますが、 オーナーだという男性によると、それは宿泊者ではなく、お酒などを飲んだレストラン利用者へのサービスだとのことでした。 いろいろと事情があるのかもしれませんが、終始軽んじられている印象を受けました。 車なしで訪れ、記載されたサービスを当たり前に利用できると疑っていなかった私たちとはミスマッチの宿泊先でした。"
