"This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me. "

"If you are looking for a super basic, dorm or hostel style room with a nice pool and good dinner restaurant bar in an isolated part of Rhodes, it’s an ok choice. Otherwise go to one of the many more equipped resorts or hotels in interesting parts of the city and area. They have no services here and not even a hotel phone for emergency situations. Expect a very noisy restaurant and pool area right on a major busy road with buses and trucks all day. Have zero expectations for decor or design in rooms. Like a student dorm. Very basic breakfast but friendly staff. “Mountain view” is a hill and view of the backyard shed I paid and extra $60 per night for. :( The staff and owners are friendly but completely inflexible and un accommodating. They grossly misrepresented the services and amenities on Expedia which heavily influenced my choice to book here for 5 nights. However once I arrived they said they didn’t offer those services and some disagreements between the owners communicating whether they ever had them. I asked for 3 nights costs return to me which they repeatedly refused and explained why I booked there. Decided to leave anyway for my safety/ accessibility and book the rest of my trip at the Sheraton for close to the same nightly off season rate and get a stunning view of the ocean and a 5 star resort service. Double check rates on other sites because after booking here I saw it half the rate I paid elsewhere which would explain their 1 star hotel service style. "

"not sure i'd class as a 4 star hotel, staff were excellent, Sirene owners should be proud of them, however only having 1 restaurant with a buffet style offerings for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, no in room facilities for tea/coffee and no minibar, meaing you need to go to the restaurant/outside pool everytime you wanted a drink. Location is nice, views are (for me) excellent, and easy to get to town via taxi/Bus. Would i recommend, probably yes."

"The hotel is dated. We lost electricity one day and the TV was broken and never replaced, despite them having a look at it. Buffet food was fine but lacked flavour unfortunately, although kids loved it. There was a lot of sun lounges around the pool, just need to get up early and secure one with a towel. Loved having three pools for the kids to go between, a great small kids splash pool near kids club, a quiet pool and then the biggest pool had music playing and lots of activities. The entertaining staff were brilliant and showed enthusiasm daily. I wasn't so keen on the evening entertainment. "

"It is a simple hotel with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel, overlooking the pool and sea wit their own private beach with free loungers and parasols. I miss a small fridge in the rooms to keep my drinks cool."
