"I cannot rate the room amenities. I do not recommend this hotel! I made my reservation through Expedia 2 weeks before the date.We arrived early and sent a message to their 24/7 desk to ask if we could check in early. "Clean, comfortable room. Lots of hot water. TV had nice channel selection. Working safe in room for storage as needed. Strong wifi with occupant specific password. Location very convenient to town center. Walkable. Safe. Was told at front desk at checkin there was heating option with AC unit but in room maintenance man explained the original remote had been replaced by a generic remote and heating option wasn’t available although listed. As a vegetarian, the limited choice...

"The television did not come on, even after I replaced the remote batteries. Every flat surface had cigarette burns on it. Furniture had multiple rips and holes. It's a by the hour flop house on the wrong side of town and doesn't belong in your portfolio."
