"Cabins are in a great location about 50 meters from the Santa Ana Volcano trailhead. Only issues is there was no restaurant or WiFi, There’s a bunch of people that cook food across the street but they close up around 5pm. "

"The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town. "Very nice hotel. Very clean. Odd entrance, coming in off the street into a very small with stairs and an elevator to get to check-in. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Excellent breakfast buffet with a good combination of local and international food options. Lots of fruits. We were thankful for a washer/dryer being available. My only disappointment, we were on a lower floor, where our view was mostly air conditioning units, partially blocking a nice volcano view. Very close to the MultiPlaza Mall with many restaurants and high-end shopping opportunities. Recommend. "
