It was such an amazing stay. We stayed two night. I personally think 2-3 nights is ideal since it hard to get out and come in. The dirt road to the hotel in has a lot of potholes. Would definitely stay here again

The staff was great and friendly. The hotel, pool, and overall atmosphere was on par. The W-Fi was not consistent, would go out for 5 minutes at least twice a day. The road for the last 3 miles to hotel was not paved and had numerous serious potholes. You definitely need an SUV, especially if rain is forecasted. Really couldn’t leave hotel due to road conditions. Boat ride and jet skis are extra. Food was a plus. After all that I would stay again.

The property is amazing with a great view and access to the lake. The road to get to it is really bumpy, we got a flat tire so be careful! The pool is awesome and the service is excellent. Grear food too :) Around 1 hour from Santa Ana Volcano.

We loved our stay! It had a beautiful view of the lake. The pool was nice. The food was good. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. Not enough water pressure. Water got hot really fast and you had to move the knob to lower and lower the temperature.

this place is a great resort with views for days. staff is more than welcoming in their daily operations and are there to serve. the road way in is definitely a dirt road down the side of the surrounding mountains but our driver was great and got us in and out several times with no issue. very secure on site. i would surely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area

The main street to get to the location is terrible huge pot holes all over the place making it difficult to commute there. Wish they can allow food after they close their kitchen at 8pm. Other than that it was a peaceful and pleasant stay.

This is a great property to stay at if you are looking for a small and quaint place to relax! The hotel only has a very limited amount of rooms available, which makes it a more personal experience. The food and service were excellent! The only ‘drawback’ was the lack of lighting in our room but the sunlight made up for that once you opened the curtains. It definitely is worth mentioning that if you have never visited El Salvador to be aware of the time it takes to travel there from the airport is a bit long and if you are renting a car, your best bet is an SUV or a truck.

This property is beautiful, Victor the staff personal really helpful, respectful , nice and knowledge of what he was doing. The Rooms were excellent , excellent view of the lake, everything clean. We loved it and enjoyed it; the food was great. Highly recommended. the only downside is the road to get to the property is really rough , you need a 4x4 vehicle to make it safe.

Service was great. The property overall was clean and well kept. The room was disappointing. There were big water stains on the walls, showerhead was being held by zip ties, glass shelf in shower was broken. The room felt old, outdated and in need of renovations.
