While the room was comfortable, it was incredibly noisy. Between traffic noise, dogs barking, parties, and even a very loud early morning fight out on the street, not much sleep was had in the two nights we were there.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff however there is big construction going on cross the street. It was extremely laud banging started at 7am and continued all day. We could feel our room’s windows were shaking.

Great location, close to tram, restaurants and sightseeing. Free valet parking and clean hotel. Nothing fancy but very functional. The only disappointment were the bed sheets. They could use an upgrade. We’ll stay again.

The rooms were kept clean, the breakfast, especially the personnel made inlets wonderful, the staff was there for us, especially getting that 4:30 AM shuttle. But we want to give an especial shout out (a good thing) to Hassan the barber, who is a wonderful man who gives great haircuts, even after doing haircuts for over 50 years. Yes, we would definitely recommend others coming to Izmir to stay at this hotel.

I have given to Kordon hotel 5 stars , do you know why ? Because the first point was their trustworthy staff, actually I left some valuable items and some cash money there and checked out after my trip I found that I left those , they contacted me and explained to me all the items and then delivered to my friend completely, I appreciate and admire such a nice persons , the second one was nice welcome, clean room and polite staff . Thanks to Expedia for introducing such a hotel and all the hotel staffs

It’s a wonderful property in the heart of Izmir City . It’s very near the tram and the areas around are easily walkable . We enjoyed our stay here . The staff were particularly very helpful in helping us adjust our room , especially Mr Anil The rooms could replace some of their bedding and towels as they appear to be over used and old . Overall , it’s a good stay for a short visit
