"Excellent location for universal studios, clean room, washing machine and dryer. Air conditioner works well. Fresh towels, bath mat and hand towels daily!! The only downside was the beds were very hard."

"This facility is about 15-20 min driver from Dontonburi located in Namba. The facility was clean and quiet. This was great location so you can travel other areas of Osaka. This is great for 2 travelers and have great local places to eat in the area . We were very happy and was a great Place for our vacation. When we return to Osaka again we will try to book this facility since we enjoyed it so much. Laundry machine was great, kitchen was clean and modern. Staff was great to communicate with when...

"Great location for transit and other things. The property was very great to stay in for multiple days."

"Don't bother booking this place especially from Expedia.. the map is wrong, the actual property is 7 km away from where it is shown by Expedia app. Believe me no one will listen, reply or try to do anything: neither Expedia bots nor hotel manager. Lot more and better available in Osaka."

"What a great place to stay. It's right down the road from Osaka Castle and the subway. There's some great restaurants around it too. I'd definitely stay here again."
