"Very nice, clean suite, comfortable bed and a great location. Easy drive to downtown and there’s a grocery store within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped and the parking is excellent. The hosts were very attentive but we had no issues and no need to contact. Recommended."

"The house was great and neightboorhood was nice, quiet, and safe. The rooms were nice and spacious and beds were comfotable and clean. The host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions I had. The only things that I would say, which are more of a preferences than a reflection of our stay at the house is that only one of the bedrooms had aTV, one of the bedrooms only had curtains on one of the windows, and there were no hangers. The bathroom was small in size, but the host was amazing and it was surprisingly stocked with all kinds of toiletries. I would stay here again when I'm town. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this home in Athens. It was clean and had plenty of space inside for sleeping - 3 bedrooms with double beds. The two bathrooms were a little small, but they worked for our short stay in Athens. We had lots of parking space for cars and tailgating. A nice size yard for the kids to run around and a pet to have space to walk around. A nice kitchen and a table for meals. There is also a nice front porch where you can sit and read, relax or tailgate! It's located above Athens and is somewhat private, but close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This home/apartment was perfect for my family! My mother is mobility challenged and had no problems with lovely apartment. Everything was on the first floor, no steps. The area was large and super clean! We loved how close we were to Athens/UGA. Super market and dining is within steps. The family enjoyed the pool and game room at the club house. Communication was clear and pleasant. This is a wonderful, modern and spacious home that gives everyone plenty of room. My family will be back soon!"

"A great set up for a group in Athens, but a little far from the university. The unit was as described and very comfortable, although the kitchen was not as clean as we would have expected. The host was very responsive and overall, we would stay there again."
