"We have stayed in quite a few rental homes, but this is the first one that has been a guest home located in the homeowners backyard. While we felt a little awkward at first parking in their driveway and walking through their side gate, once you enter the front door, you instantly feel welcomed. There were so many nice touches by the owner from having your names on a chalkboard, to supplying snacks and drinks and even dog treats and dog toys. This is the most welcoming to place to pets we’ve stayed at with dog bowls, towels and even a whole fenced yard to yourself. But the nice thing was, you couldn’t tell any pets had ever stayed there. It smelled clean and I didn’t find fur anywhere and the furnishings are very nice. It’s decorated so cute with art and little antique touches here and there. There is a squirrel and bird feeder by the window you can fill up. The yard is shady and has lots of seating and lighting. There were even large deer jumping the fences one night to visit! There are fans, games, a record player, art books. It’s a cozy, charming space that I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again! Thanks for welcoming us in!"
