"They first tried to charge me extra saying I need to pay more than what I paid on Hotels.com. The hotel itself is a mess terribly dirty, uncomfortable and not worth the price. Mattress and toilets are pathetic. "

"The booking was done for Rs.620 per room per night for 2 adults. When I reached the hotel, they did not accept the booking. They said the rate is Rs.1500 per room; the recepetionist was not even ready to see the booking and not ready to share the property owner's contact number. She said she has informed about the revised tariff, but the online booking sites have not updated it. She simply turned a blind eye for whatever I said to her. Worst experience! I had to find another hotel at a higher...

" a. Bath room fan too noisy. Water slips up to the front of the door. b. Faucet leaks even though it looks upscale. c. They don't change towels everyday or even ask. d. A/C was spitting water, until called to clean the filter, and insisted on getting it cleaned right away. e. Looks like a typical Indian lodge. f. The staff were good, only consolation."

"A Truly Pleasant Stay at Fairfield-Marriott My recent stay at the Fairfield-Marriott was an absolute delight, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and cater to every need. I particularly appreciated having a well-equipped gym right on the premises – it was incredibly handy for maintaining my fitness routine. The in-room service options were fantastic, offering a great variety of dishes. I tried several items from the in-room dining menu, and without exception, each dish was delicious and prepared to perfection. However, the real highlight for me was the breakfast. The spread was truly awesome, boasting an impressive array of options to suit all tastes. From local delicacies to international favorites, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to each day. Overall, the Fairfield-Marriott exceeded my expectations. The combination of wonderful hospitality, excellent facilities, delicious food, and convenient amenities made for a truly pleasant and memorable experience.
