"We absolutely loved this guesthouse! We stayed there for 5 nights in May and it was lovely! The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from the historical district (an easy walk and we felt safe walking at night). "My partner and I loved staying in this hotel! We felt very welcome when we first arrived with the staff being friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated and feels cosy. The afternoon tea (coffee/tea and a home made cake) was lovely. The breakfast was delicious too! The location is spot on, a short walk to the beach and a short walk into old town. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"If you are looking for a place in the city where all the action is happening and close to restaurants and shops this is your place. It is in the middle of all the action yet you will never know it. The hotel is quite, clean and well maintained. The 2 swimming pools are heated the hot tubs are clean and feel great. We where lucky to find this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandi Staff for making our stay so great."

"The room we got was not as expected. Very dark and noisy from excessive air conditioner units outside kitchenette window. They were very stingy with towels—one bath towel for each person . No hand towels or wash cloths. The best thing was the restaurant kitchen. Very good food here! Great breakfast and dinners!"

"I received a WhatsApp message from the property on the day of my arrival, which has conveniently been deleted, stating that the property didn't have a room available. I didn't see the message until I arrived at the property, but it had asked me to go to another property that cost less, had a less ideal location, and lower reviews. At arrival, they then put my friend and I in a room with one bed that was tiny, *absolutely disgusting*, and was not in the main building. The manager, without prompting, offered to refund this night, which I politely accepted. The next day, we got moved to the correct room, but it did not have any hot water for a shower, so we got moved AGAIN, to another lower quality room without a balcony. One out of the two beds was rock hard so my friend and I ended up having to share a bed. Several days after my stay no refund was issued so I reached out to Hotels.com and the property denied the refund and deleted their WhatsApp message. I've never left a bad review or complained to any service provider before, but this was a terrible experience."
