The room with harbour balcony was large , very comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer. Staff were very professional and polite. Never seen a bottle of fizz at the breakfast buffet before!"

"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."
