"Very good motel!!! Clean and had a friendly staff. Quiet despite it being right downtown. Good breakfast at the All Valley cafe which is free with the vouchers provided by the Dunes. The only negative is they actually charge your credit card for any incidentals. They void it the day of checkout if there are no issues but the fact they actually charge your card....I did not like. Usually other hotels just take a card and use it if there are any issues...not actually charge the car."

"This cabin was perfect for our small family get together: clean, superbly outfitted, and supplied with anything you could ever need for your stay. It is set along the beautiful Conejo River, secluded in a small valley off the highway, so it is both peaceful and an easy drive to town. Kimberly is a lovely host, and responds to any issue quickly and effectively. We cannot think of anything that could be improved. Thank you Kimberly for sharing your wonderful cabin with us!"

"Although the property looks rundown and could use a coat of paint. The rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful! They were large had a refrigerator microwave and plenty of room. The staff was very helpful. It is close to downtown and the railroad. The TV is an old-fashioned one so you can’t plug in your USB port or anything and the blinds were fine but I prefer a darker room. However, an excellent value."
