Top Jackson County Hotel Reviews

Quality Inn Chillicothe

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were helpful, and breakfast had a wide range of options. Convenient location off highway with an on-site pub and many places to grab a bite nearby made this a good value. (Road construction around the area can make accessing the lot a bit confusing)."

Four Seasons Inn

10/10 Excellent

"First of all, i want to state that I did not actually get to stay at the hotel for the night. I originally stopped by around 1:00 PM to see if I could check in early. The room was not available at that time, so I went to my scheduled meeting in Point Pleasant, WV. While was at my meeting I received a phone which was a family emergency. Knowing that it was too late to cancel my reservation, I returned to the motel just to ask if I could go ahead and cancel for the night since I hadn't checkin yet and not be charged for the night. Since I booked thru Hotels.com they actually allowed me to cancel the room for the night without any charges, even though I was willing to pay a cancellation fee it being so late. The front desk lady was very helpful and understanding of the situation. This is why everyone should support small businesses. Thank you Four Seasons Staff."

Executive Inn

8/10 Good

"Travel experienced, middle age couple traveling to the Ohio Renaissance Fair and needed a quick in between closer to the festival but not overpriced. About an hour to the festival the next morning and a good place to get ready. Booked a king room which is in the hotel unit (there are some motel rooms with outside entry). The hotel/motel is right beside a gas station and people on the parking lot were loud but we didn't hear them as much in the room plus we always run a sound app on our phones. The room was clean and what we needed for a short overnight. We got in late at 11:30pm and there's no one at the desk after midnight, so plan ahead. No breakfast but appeared to have coffee, but I didn't have any. There was a microwave and mini fridge in our room which I didn't realize when booking. It's not the $200 a night Marriott maybe but for less that $75 for a night it was clean and the bed was comfortable for a night. We're didn't need heat or air that night because it was in between seasons so I don't know if it worked well or made noise. Water pressure was fine and tub was clean Towels were small and thin but smelled of bleach and detergent so they felt clean. Maybe we got lucky with our room but, I would stay again for an overnight. Note: our room was in the second floor and there is no elevator so you have to use the stairs."

Aspen Haus | Hocking Hills, Hot Tub, Fire Pit

10/10 Excellent

"Stay was amazing. Only recommendation i would have is to add a small table (side table) outside. We spent most of our time outside sitting by the fire. It’s beautiful out there and it would have been helpful to have a small table. Other then that the stay was amazing. The light in the bedroom ceiling did not work while we were there however the night stand lights did and this was not a huge issue to us as the bedroom has plenty of natural light. Communication was great! I will say, be careful how much you bring on your stay as there is a slight uphill as you head to the cabin. This was explained well however we I estimated the distance and gravel there. Everything was truly 10/10 though"

Hocking Hills,Cozy Secluded Cabin,Minutes to Caves/WiFi/Pet Friendly!

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay! The property was just like the listing. It was clean, rural, cozy and had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The location was a bit hard to find at first since we came after sundown, but other than that the location was beautiful. It’s tucked away on a hill and surrounded by woods. The host was beyond kind, and would quickly respond when needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute and cozy getaway with their partner, or even a small group since they have a couch bed. We would happily stay here again in the future."
