Comfortable

It was a decent place to stay for for an overnight rest on a multi day drive. The front staff was very nice and friendly. It's an older hotel in need of upgrades but it was neat and did smell good.I was a little leary of the bathtub as it was rusty and stained but the shower felt good and our microwave did not work. Bed was comfortable and TV worked.

Our room was clean and comfortable, met our needs traveling with our pet. However the toilet ran and tub faucet dripped. That being said, property is being updated and feel like those issues will be resolved.

This place should be torn down. Crates in the lobby longer than the girl has worked there. Hallway carpets were worn and filthy. No covers on the beds other than sheets, cockroaches in the bath tub. We refused to stay there. Worst hotel I have ever walked into!!

Renovations were taking place. No pool, no fitness center, no ice, poor breakfast. There should have been a warning about these renovations taking place. Very unprofessional.

Room had someone’s dirty socks hanging up on the clothes rack, the refrigerator had a half eaten Watermelon in it, the hadn’t been vacuumed. We almost always stay in a La Quinta Hotel when we don’t use our 5th wheel but next time we will be a little more selective.

The sheets were clean, the water pressure good. The girl at check in was friendly and check in was quick and easy. Those were the good points. The carpets throughout were disgusting, floors in rooms not vacuumed, mirrors dirty, burnt out lights, old furniture and I could go on. I would not recommend staying here and would not stay here again. We have stayed at La Quinta’s before and they have been good, not this one.

Spend a few dollars more to stay somewhere else

It was very very worn and a disaster. The carpet was so worn out it was horrible and the dresser was actually taped together and missing a drawer. The room was clean but getting to the room area was not clean. It was certainly cheap for a reason.

Can’t believe Wyndham let’s this happen..

The Hall carpet was FILTHY. Room carpet dirty. Water ran in the shower even when turned off. Coffee pot was broken and a light was burned out over the sink. The bed was held up by 2 by 4’s.

Never stay here

Ive been to other LaQuinta hotels because we travel with 2 small dogs BUT this place should be shut down. The entire place is filthy and our room was disgusting. I wouldn’t walk on the rug without shoes on. The elevator is downright scary. The toilet has a flushing problem and there is a plunger sitting beside it just in case.

Low-cost, run-down property

Property needs upkeep & repair. Carpet in the halls and my room was filthy and I found bugs crawling around the sink in the morning. Chose not to shower there due to lack of shower shoes. On the plus side - The bed was comfy and I saw no evidence of bugs in the bed. Property was very cheap (under $100), and the staff was friendly and professional. If I stay in Jackson again, I will opt for a slightly more pricy property that is better maintained.
