Its located on a quiet, relaxing countryside setting just 2 miles from I-55 in the Fruitland area yet only a few minutes from Jackson and Cape Girardeau. Other area attractions include the Flickerwood Arena, Trail of Tears State Park, Osage Center and Show Me Center as well as several restaurants and places to shop. Whether you're here for an event in the event center located on the premises or an event in the area or just to relax, you'll love the peace and quiet of the country surroundings at Countryside Villas.

Wonderful Stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Valeria’s place! Communication with Valeria was easy and she was very attentive/responsive to any communications from us. We would definitely stay with Valeria again if the opportunity arose. The residence was clean, very well decorated, and had anything we needed for our stay. Thank you Valeria for a wonderful stay!

We had family stay at the villas for our son's graduation weekend. They had nothing but positive reports about their stay. The villas are located right next to the event center where we held the graduation party, so it was perfect!

Clean and comfortable

Ours was just a one night stay, but we found everything very welcoming. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Host communicated wonderfully. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, clean rental!

We stayed here due to the proximity to my brother’s house in Jackson. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfectly stocked for our weekend stay. You can tell the owner takes great care and pride in this rental. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a rental in the area!

SEMO Homecoming

We stayed in this cute place for SEMO’s homecoming. It’s a straight shot into Cape and took us about 18 minutes. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and water pressure was good! Would definitely stay again.

Quick over night stay

The villa was amazing! Very clean and spacious for 4 adults. We just spent the night but it was a very comfortable place to be at. The country side view was amazing. We love the sunflowers in the back! The host was very friendly and helpful!!! Definitely will keep this one on the list if we ever need to stay there again. Countryside Villas are well known in the area and I heard nothing but great reviews when I told I family we were staying there.

Surprise for birthdays!!!!!

Stayed over for one night and everything was perfect. It was for a surprise event. Hostess was on target with recommendation to the Pilot House for dinner-they loved it. Then we were off to the Hot Wheels Monster Truck Glo-Party!!!!!!

Country Quiet!

Our family of 4 spent 4th of July week here, while visiting friend and relatives. Valeria was a fantastic host and the villa was perfect since it was close to everything we planned to do. We were less than 10 minutes from Jackson and 20 minutes from downtown Cape Girardeau. We had plenty of room for everyone and everything was as promised. The host checked in with us a few times and delivered extra towels when we needed them. We will definitely stay here again and are grateful we have an additional option for a place to stay while in the area.

We stayed for two nights in order to see the solar eclipse 2024. It was the perfect spot for viewing. Completely renovated house on 5 acres of land. Valeria was so welcoming and helpful. Spotless and comfortable. I made the reservation over a year prior because I knew it would be impossible to find a place closer to the eclipse date. So glad I booked ahead. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
