Romantic spot

A beautiful well furnished romantic get away close to so many things to do. Bed and pillows were comfy everything was so clean and bright. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again

wonderful couples retreat

Mountain escape

This was a cute little cabin in the picturesque white mountains. The scenery was beautiful and the peace was exactly what we needed. Lots of options for activities but we came here to write and be inspired by nature. It was perfect!

A Perfect Haven

What we loved was the cozy atmosphere! Plus the view from the screened in porch (or from the bed) made us feel we were sitting in treetops! All the right amenities to include a large jacuzzi tub! I wish I had that king bed in my home bedroom!

Anniversary getaway

We have enjoyed this region of the White Mountains for years, including Nestlenook Farm so staying here amongst the beauty was beyond expectations to celebrate our anniversary. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the porch with view was relaxing, the peace/quiet was indescribable, and being able to set off to enjoy the great outdoors without long drives was a gift. We genuinely appreciated this room, the grounds, and would only advise those that are not early risers to consider alternative because the sunlight will wake you.

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway

This home is perfect for two people to escape and relax in the beautiful White Mountains. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Views out of every window and a lovely screened in deck. The fireplace heated to room quickly and provided an ambiance perfect for our stay. The notebook left by the owner gives you everything you need to know about the room. Great location within Nestlenook and a quick drive to all the shops. Clean, quiet, relaxing, and scenic surrounding made for a perfect stay.

Good place with minor inconveniences

Beautiful location, beautiful condo, really nice views and very quiet. For the minor inconveniences: The bathroom door didn’t close. We had to sleep with the doors and windows open because the pilot was on in the fireplace in the middle of a heat wave and we weren’t able to shut it off. We tried contacting the management company and they were no help. While it was a great stay and a nice little room, we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Wonderful!

Clean, cozy, the jetted tub was amazing. The bed was big and comfortable . Nice new shag carpet or it seemed new anyway. The balcony and view was so nice. Nice big TV, we used Netflix to relax when we were not out. Little bit of a issue off and on with wifi reception but, that was to be expected with the surrounding mountains. We were happy that there was an ac in the window and that worked great. We also appreciated the table fan. We would certainly consider going back. The grounds were beautiful too. and loved the privacy of the place as it was not busy when we stayed. We appreciated the Keurig and mini fridge and microwave, which we did all use, as well as the plates and utensils and were able to wash our dishes in the little kitchen sink. We certainly would consider going back, just loved it!

Beautiful stay on picturesque property

We spent 2 nights to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary and loved every minute. Apart from it being so close to so many things in nearby towns and our favorite resturaunt - Red Fox Grille nearby, the home was very clean and tidy and the windows and natural light make it feel so homey but romantic. We loved the view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable too. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped with statues and the pool area is just heavenly. We were the only ones to enjoy it which was surprising on 4th of July week but hey, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Thank you for a beautiful anniversary getaway! We already recommended to all of our family. Only very minor feedback that I sent the host was there was an odor from the entry way downstairs that went up the stairs into the room- smells almost like mothballs? Not sure if it's the new carpet but something to keep in mind for future guests? We would stay again regardless.. 😊

Lovely space!

We have a lovely stay at The Nest. It was very private, clean, and cozy. The bed was very confortable, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. There was a detailed manual about how to operate everything in the room. A couple minor things to improve- there was only 1 chair on the balcony, which made it hard for my husband and me to enjoy the view together. There were also no k-cups provided for the Keurig. Finally, the check-in instructions were incorrect. It say to used the key in the lock box and to NOT use the electronic keypad. After several attempts and minor frustration, we eventually tried inputting the code into the electronic keypad and it worked. Updated entry instructions would be helpful. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommmend The Nest!

Quiet and Relaxing stay

The apartment was located in a nice secluded area, off the main road. The directions made it easy to find and the photos and description were accurate and the apartment was perhaps nicer than the photos. It was well maintained and the rooms were very clean and neat. The King Bed was comfortable, although a bit high off the floor and some may find it perhaps a bit of a challenge to get up into if you you were not tall or had some mobility issues. The shower was nice and plenty of Hot Water. We did not use the very large tub, that could easily accommodate two and was of whirlpool variety. With staying in August the room temperature was pleasant even without the heat pump air conditioning. We just left the windows and balcony door open and the air was fresh and clean and made for a great sleep. We have no problem recommending it for a stay if all of the above is what you are looking for. Would we stay again if in the area again? I would have to say yes, as I cannot think of any negative reasons why not. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay for us and we enjoyed this property very much. :-)
