"They were very flexible with checking in early & even gave us free parking until we were able to check-in. They need a bigger bar there! The food & drinks were great & it was a very nice experience! We would definitely go back!"

"Place was perfect for us. Super convenient location got us to the beach quick. Pool area was exactly what we were looking for to lounge at the end of the day. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anybody looking to explore the area."

"Phenomenal property. Phenomenal location. Phenomenal host.Host was extremely helpful with check in instructions. Host was available throughout stay with advice about restaurant recs and many other things.Location on beach is wonderful. Quiet area, but close enough to nightlife. Best of both worlds.We will be back. Our new go to place in Jax Beach.Highest recommendation possible."

"Great location, the condo was small but perfect for two people. It was very clean and had everything you need, the beach chairs were a great touch. Takes only 2 minutes to get on the beach."

"This place was perfect! The location is near walking distance of dozens of bars, restaurants, shops, and everything you could need or want to do. Even Better, you can see the boardwalk to the beach from the driveway! every bedroom has a bathroom connected, every room has a tv, and the foosball table, air hockey table, and arcade game machines are tons of fun and in working order. The host is fast to respond and exceptionally polite. The place was spotless and smelled like vanilla. The host also has beach supplies(chairs, cooler, boogie board) which was a fantastic touch."
