Welcome to your Sunshine Stay in Jax Beach! This recently renovated 2-bed/2.5-bath townhome is your haven for a stress-free getaway. With a split floor plan, it's ideal for families or friends seeking their own space. Enjoy thoughtful amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, a collection of games and books, and a cozy outdoor area with ambient lighting and a firepit. Located east of A1A, it's just a short stroll to the ocean, dining, and shops!

*On the First Floor, Ground Level:*
Step through the vibrant coral door into the first floor, where convenience meets comfort. Here, you'll find a full washer/dryer room, ample storage space for beach essentials (thoughtfully provided by us), and a generously sized bedroom with a Queen & Twin bed, along with an en suite full bathroom. Step out onto the patio and savor your morning coffee without going upstairs, thanks to our mini coffee station.

*On the Second Floor:*
Head upstairs and discover an inviting, light-filled living, dining, and kitchen space. Our curated collection of books and games awaits your quiet or lively enjoyment. A convenient half bath ensures guests can relax without worrying about keeping their en suite bathrooms tidy (after all, you're on vacation!). For those unavoidable work tasks, we've provided two lap desks in the living room and a workspace in the primary bedroom. Speaking of which, the King bed in the master suite promises a restful night's sleep. Additionally, enjoy a cozy reading nook, a full en suite bathroom, and an outdoor balcony with seating.

So to recap: That’s one bedroom on the 1st floor (Queen + Twin) and one bedroom on the 2nd floor (King) both with full en suite bathrooms. Accommodates 5 people total, and additional little ones are welcome with prior approval. A pack n play is available upon request.

*Fenced Backyard:*
Outdoor space is essential for us, so we've provided a tranquil retreat accessible from both top and bottom floors. Plug in the overhanging lights, settle into a seat, light a fire, and let the tunes play. Leave your worries behind and bask in paradise. We can't wait to host you!

*Hey Fido!*
We welcome you too (and hey, bring a friend*!) enjoy lounging around in the fully fenced backyard, maybe chasing a lizard or two. We supply doggie bags so be sure your mom/dad clean up after you. We would prefer if you sleep on the floor or designated pet bed but if you insist on lounging on the furniture (we know, it's comfy up there!) Please ask your mom/dad to lay out the provided pet blanket/covering. Thanks friend!
*Two dogs max as the space only allows for that with the your humans. Trained, non/light shedding breads only please.
