The pool was very nice. Great for exercising in. I put the do not disturb sign on the door, cleaning staff came in anyway. Breakfast good have been better. Not a big variety

This is one of the lowest tier Best Western's I've ever been to. We arrived at 7 pm and the front desk clerk was laying on the couch in the foyer. He slowly made his way behind the counter and checked us in and gave us the key. He didn't tell us where the room was and where I should park until after I asked him. And even then he just kind of pointed in the general direction. The room was okay. The bed was comfortable, the furniture and bathroom reasonably clean. The carpet was pretty nasty and had lots of stains. We had an accessible room, so the bathtub had a bench attached. It didn't look very stable, but I didn't try it out... The shower head looked like it was from 1970 or so. The breakfast was so-so. It DID have waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy, but the rest was mediocre at best. The coffee and hot water were luke warm, there was only white Wonderbread for toast, the "pastries" were some Little Debbie's Oatmeal cream pies, and the yogurt dispenser dropped tiny little drops in a cup. They also had a couple of apples. All in all it was okay for a night, I was just pretty disappointed in this Best Western hotel.

This property punches far above its weight. Arriving, it almost seems like it wants to be hidden from view. I could have gone right by. Inside the staff is very warm and accommodating. The reception, hallways, breakfast room and my individual room were updated and clean. My room had very recent furniture including a super comfortable office chair - much appreciated. Television was good sized and very recent. I will stay there again next visit to Jacksonville. And it's very economical. Can't beat that.

The man at the front desk was nice, this was the first time I have ever seen him, but he was friendly. My husband and I work night shift so our sleep schedule is kinda messed up so we were up most of the night and it was quiet even though it was packed no one was loud. Breakfast could have been a little warmer but it was good. The only issue I had was the AC was blasting when we were trying to get our breakfast lol otherwise amazing as always
