Comfortable, clean and nice patio

We enjoyed our stay. The patio was very spacious and nice to enjoy time with our 12 yr old daughter just hanging out. Although brought our own, it was nice to see shower items were available and plenty of hand soap in the bathrooms. Communication was easy and prompt with the owner. Location was great. Highly recommend staying here.

Quiet & Convenient to Beach

Nice apartment (super clean) with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & a great screened in porch, in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking a pond with turtles & other wildlife. Easy parking outside the apartment. Short walk to a beautiful beach.

Fall long weekend

We took a long weekend to attend a concert in Jacksonville and wanted to check out the island. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to the beach’s and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Island Treehouse is AMAZING

Perfect Place in Amelia Island

Love the back porch for sitting and listening to the birds with the water view. So close to the beautiful beach and live music at Sliders. Great location and well appointed accommodations. I'll be back!

Wonderful Condo

Great location for a vacation getaway. Nice balcony view overlooking pond to watch wildlife while relaxing after a day on the beach. Everything inside is condo is updated and in great condition, and Property manager is very responsive for any questions or concerns. We had a great visit and will definitely be returning for out next vacation at Amelia Island.

We had a great stay at the Island Treehouse- everything we needed was supplied and the location was central to everything on the Island. The condo was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the screened in back deck!

Fabulous Island Hideaway

The Island Treehouse offers the best of both worlds, a few short blocks to the beach, yet a peaceful location backing against a wildlife refuge. The home was squeaky clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Outdoor space included a spacious screened in porch perfect for breakfast and evening refreshments. Definitely on our list for return bookings!

My husband and I love staying in this Amelia Island Treehouse. It’s quiet, just enough space, convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants. This is our second time this year, we have stayed a week each time (May, September) such a relaxing stay both times. We will continue coming back.

Great location, amazing condo!

Great, newly-renovated condo very close to the beautiful (and empty) beaches of Amelia Island. We have stayed in Amelia Landings in the past but this condo was freshly remodeled and clean. Great stay with my wife and our 3 little ones. Highly recommend!
