Step into a backyard oasis featuring a heated pool, sun loungers, and a putting green with yard games, like cornhole, to keep everyone entertained. Kids will love the floats and play area while adults can enjoy outdoor grilling, poolside dining, and evening drinks under the screened in patio with a 55" Roku TV.

    Inside, Palm Grove offers two spacious living rooms, perfect for families who want to spread out or give parents their own space. Gather around the open-concept kitchen with bar seating, new appliances, and a fully stocked coffee station, or enjoy meals together in the dedicated dining area. Each bedroom is styled with cozy details, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light for a restful stay.

    When it's time for play, head to the converted garage/game room for a round of pool or darts, or pick fresh bananas from the trees in the yard. With keyless entry, provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, beach towels), and thoughtful extras like pool-safe plasticware, your stay is designed to be as easy as it is enjoyable.

    This home is truly set up for both relaxation and fun - whether you're enjoying a poolside afternoon, a cozy night in, or a beach day just minutes away.

    🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

We stayed for 5 nights with our three kids. The kids loved the heated pool since it was a little chilly in the mornings and played golf every day! The beach is a short walk or drive which is super convenient. So many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Quiet neighborhood too. Would highly recommend.

This vrbo is awesome! Very clean,inviting, and affordable! If your wanting a vrbo close to the beach that isn't in the hustle bustle of the beach area but close enough to enjoy it this is your place! We wanted a secluded pool to not share with a condo, apartment, or resort area. The pool was clean and refreshing. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so I wouldn't recommend it for a party group, but for a family atmosphere it was perfect! My family loved it!!

For 3 adult couples it was excellent, planning to secure for our trip next year. The location for us was perfect, wives and husbands had different activities, the beach, shopping, bars, golf and races. The house was a good base to relax in the pool, sun, friendly games of pool and card games. The bedrooms were all queen so no fighting for a bedroom. The TV cable also had all the channels we needed without our own subscription.

Such a cute place. The neighborhood was wonderful many of the people had decorations out for the holidays;you could tell that it was a pleasant area to be in. The location was great. It was right around the corner from restaurants and a sports bar.We really liked that when we were in the backyard we weren’t surrounded by high-rise condos and hotels. We could actually get a view of a beautiful sunset and double rainbows as we played a little putt putt on the putting green in the backyard. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet in the evening and it was very comfortable just to sit outside on the screened in patio and of course watch some football or whatever we wanted to on TV. We love that there was a TV in almost every room and we like that we were able to spread out in other areas of the house because it wasn’t a totally open concept set up. I recommend the area and recommend booking with these guys.The house was decorated very nicely and well laid out

Everything you need

Our family vacationed here for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, the pool was a highlight of the trip with a really great sunroom to hangout in. Great setup with TVs in all rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a week. Great Weber grill outside with all necessary grill ware and a backup tank. Plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, wagon, umbrella. We played some pool in the garage as well. Overall this was a great stay. Only area of improvement would be for new mattresses. Excellent customer service and super responsive, Yvonne and Gary helped us with a high chair and had one there and set up in a matter of 20. We’ll definitely look to stay with Welcomehome Rentals again.
