it was soooo pretty. the view was nice me and my family had a great time!. and it was very easy to get places everything we needed was just around the corner

We were avoiding a hurricane so cut our vacation in GA short to stay near the airport. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly the hotel was quiet and clean and made what could have been a stressful situation very comfortable

It’s a motel, but it’s really nice. Everything was brand new. The bathroom was beautiful. Have no complaints, and will probably stay there again on our way back home.

Suites are in a perfect area in St Johns town Center. Many accesible areas, close to highway. Area is quiet and super safe. Staff is nice.

Stay all the time when I come into town for business

We always stay at Hotel Indigo when we visit Jacksonville. The hotel is updated and modern, the area is quiet and safe, and there is so much shopping and dining within a 10 mile radius.

Super safe area with well lit parking. Friendly and quick reception with iced down drinks and snacks available at checkin. Foosball tables and comfortable seating araaa in lobby. Fast elevators and spacious clean room. Huge flat screen. Brand new linens. High end sliding shade. New hotel style furnishings eliminating need for drawers or a closed in closet. Hair dryers and soaps and shampoos all included. Quiet and safe hallway and area. Hot buffet breakfast and terrific coffee. Outdoor...

Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.

Downstairs was very nice and inviting. Many games and nice sitting area.

I was not able to check in with my Expedia reservation and I had to pay again at the front desk I need a refund from Expedia

This property was in a convenient location between the college/university campuses and the beach. In addition to coffee shops and restaurants, there were plenty of shopping options within a few miles of the hotel. The rooms were quiet and the property was clean. The pool area was stocked with towels and comfortable reclining pool chairs. The only negative was that the pool was not heated. I would definitely stay at this property again!
