Relaxing on the back patio and listening to the peaceful sounds of the marsh and local birds is a treat! In addition to the complex pools, there is easy access to parks and pickleball courts as well.
Our condo does consider dogs, and your furry companions will especially enjoy the AIP community's six miles of walking trails. Please note all dogs must be approved by management and there are breed restrictions. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a total maximum weight of 50 lbs. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions, and a $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

**Please be advised that this property is privately owned and managed, and is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort. Our rental does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” like the Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service. The Racquet Park tennis center allows lessons and clinics to be scheduled, but open play is limited to club members.
**Please note that Oak Marsh, the golf course that this property is adjacent to, completed major renovations in late 2024. According to the resort, the golf course is expected to reopen in May 2025.
