THE SPACE

A fifth floor beachfront condo of 1,739 square feet on Amelia Island, with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. The open living and dining area has ocean views, and sliding glass doors are in the living area and in the primary bedroom. Three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, give a family or group of up to 6 guests their own space.

FIFTH FLOOR OCEAN VIEWS

The condo is on the fifth floor, and the views of the Atlantic Ocean are unobstructed. Sunrises are the highlight. The open living and dining area looks out to the ocean, so the view is part of every meal and every morning coffee. The living area and the primary bedroom each have a set of sliding glass doors.

BEACHFRONT LOCATION

The condo is beachfront, and beach access is part of the property. The complex is right next door to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island. Walking and hiking trails and cycling are nearby, and golf is nearby.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar that sits next to the open dining area. You have a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a blender. The coffee maker brews drip coffee, and a Keurig is also provided. Housewares, cooking basics, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are provided, and there is a dining table.

LIVING AREAS

The living area is open to the dining area and faces the ocean. The condo is fully furnished and has cable and satellite television. High speed WiFi is included, and air conditioning and heating are provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed, and one has two twin beds. The primary bedroom has an open closet and a private bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate tub. Both guest bedrooms also have private bathrooms.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

A washer and dryer are in the condo. An iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, and hangers are provided, along with towels and linens. Clothing storage is provided. Starter items are provided for the first few days.

COMMUNITY POOL

The community has two pools, and the community pool is not heated. The pool area is fenced.

ARRIVAL & ACCESS

The condo is in a gated community, and the building has an elevator. Check in is by self check in with a smartlock, and 24 hour check in is available. Two parking passes are in the unit when you arrive.

The condo is beachfront on Amelia Island, next door to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island. Walking and hiking trails, cycling, and golf are nearby.

GOOD TO KNOW

Check in is after 4:00 PM with self check in, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Two parking passes are in the unit. In June and July, only Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals are allowed, and the rest of the months have a 3 night minimum. Pets and smoking are not allowed. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year, just a message or a call away.
