Vaulted ceilings lift the living space, and on cooler Florida evenings, the indoor fireplace draws everything together with easy warmth. Sorry, no pets.
 
Living space
The open single-story layout flows from the living area to the dining room beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. An HDTV anchors the lounge for film nights, while the enclosed sunroom offers its own quiet corner - perfect for reading, working at the dedicated workspace, or watching the golf course settle into the afternoon light.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds. Each room comes prepared with bed linens, hangers, and ample storage so you can settle in from day one.
 
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials and fresh towels. Both include a bathtub - a welcome option after a day on the course or along the shore.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. The dining table sits just off the kitchen, well suited for shared breakfasts or easy evening dinners.
 
Outdoor living
Step onto the private patio and into the open greenery of the surrounding community. The backyard provides a grassy space to unwind in the fresh air. As guests of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, you also have access to the community pool and the community beach access point - making it easy to shift between a poolside afternoon and time along the shore. Please note: there is no parking at the beach access point.
 
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private entrance, and free parking for 2 vehicles round out the practical essentials. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Please Note: Amenities including the community pool and community beach access point are private to Sawgrass Golf & Country Club residents and guests. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
