That property needs to be shut down. It's a drug infested crack hotel. People out all times of night. Mold roaches spider's everywhere. I was also bit by a brown recluse and required having to go to the hospital. This place needs to be shut down

I don't recommended this place, they didn't give you back the reimbursable, I pay for 2 rooms they just give 1 room.. and they didn't give me the money back..

The floors were dirty. The beds weren’t even on the frame. The ac unit was falling apart. Holes in the walls. Not even a mini refrigerator. Tv and Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Disappointed

The absolute worst place I've ever stayed in. I killed a few bugs but when I left there was still a couple running around. There was only 1 set of towels in the unit and when I asked for a fresh set I was told I had to go back to my room and bring the soiled set so they could log them in. And the room needs to be completely re-modeled. Never go back !!!!

Money to be refunded

We arrived late the equipment that we should have been provided was not made available. We complained and have been promised that Hotels.com will be refunding us as they were unable to due to the fact they are a 3rd party.

We had to be in 3 different rooms in 2 days because (1) the water in sink didn't go down (2) the key to the door didn't work after 1 day & maintenance had to come to try to figure it out so they sent us to a3rd room. All 3 had stained carpets on floors, no bathtubs, only showers, one room had no dishes, but was supposed to be a kitchenette. Not a safe area- cops came one night

I arrived at 1:00 pm and they said it was too early to check in. When i came back at 5:30 they said they had called me a "no show" and that i had already been checked out! I had left my bags in the office when i was there earlier so this proved i was not a no show. They gave me the keys to try 4 different rooms. Every single room was either dirty or had no TV or both. The rooms were old and ratty and they smelled. I finally left to go elsewhere.

Nightmare

This is the filthiest most run down place I have ever seen. There was a hole in the wall, filthy sticky smelly carpet, and roaches in the bathroom.

We had to switch rooms three times the first time because they smell like a dead rat was in the wall the second time because the AC unit didn't work in the third time because somebody next to us got raided see key cards assigned to room do not work for more than an hour and must continually reassign them to room in order to Open doors
