A dedicated workspace and wifi keep remote work or trip planning manageable from inside the home, and the TV adds a casual viewing option for lighter moments.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four beds are spread across two bedrooms. Both rooms are fitted with queen memory-foam beds, soft linens, hangers, and clothing storage - calm, well-prepared spaces for ending the day well. The layout works for couples, families, or friends staying anywhere from a weekend to an extended visit.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking. A stove, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave handle the essentials, while a toaster, blender, rice maker, and bread maker give you room to prepare a wider range of meals. Cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper - are on hand alongside dishes, silverware, a baking sheet, and wine glasses for evenings at home. Bathroom

Getting ready is straightforward here. The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, with hot water and provided towels making the daily routine easy and complete.

Free parking is available on the premises, along with a level 2 EV charger running at 220 volts and delivering 12-35 miles of range per hour - a practical option for guests with electric vehicles. Self check-in is handled via a keypad, keeping arrival smooth and flexible. Exterior security cameras are positioned around the property and activated by motion only; there are no cameras inside the unit. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are in place for peace of mind.

Ortega Outdoors offers free kayak rentals for guests looking to get out on the water, and Evolution Jetsports provides discounted jet ski rentals for a more active outing. Riverfront parks, local dining, shopping, and access to NAS Jacksonville and downtown are all within easy reach. A laundromat is conveniently nearby for guests making a longer stay of it.



Family Features & Comfort

A pack ‘n play and travel crib are available for guests traveling with young children. Air conditioning, portable fans, and heating keep the unit comfortable year-round, and an iron is on hand for guests who need it. Long-term stays are welcome.
