"Check in was good. The rooms not so much. Bathroom tub was dirty, stains on the wash clothes and towels. A roach in one room. Plus this was Thanksgiving so the person at the front desk had to resolve the issues and best he could. The elevator was shaky so my family took the stairs. Housekeeping definitely slacking. Other staff was nice. "

"Our stay was very comfortable. Condo had everything we needed. Only complaint is the coffee pot which works but is a pain, and the septic which is clearly under repair and not the fault of the owner. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great stay. The front desk staff were fantastic, the food staff member made an amazing cobb salad and the atmosphere was welcoming. Loved the set up of the room, bed facing the large window, perfect to view the sunrise. This hotel is minutes from the highway and a short drive to downtown, St. John's shopping area and the Cummer Museum. Will definitely stay again. "
