Welcome to Casa Dulce & Casa Dulce Grande -- on the Pacific Ocean in Costa Rica’s best party town – Jaco Beach! Party like a Rock Star King. We manage these two spacious next-door beachfront homes. This facility is more than a combined 10,000 square-foot BIG – under roof! 100% party friendly.

Casa Dulce features 9-bedrooms, while Casa Dulce Grande has 16-bedrooms, fully equipped with everything you would expect – all the comforts of home. Yes, it is fully air-conditioned throughout. Each home has its own private beachfront swimming pool overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean complete with daily gorgeous, colorful ‘painted-sky’ sunsets.

Bring your friends to this one-of-a-kind “Animal House” that would make John Belusi proud. The team at Kings of Jaco, Costa Rica is ‘hospitality’ experienced. We are professional party people. We work with you to make sure you get everything you want.

Casa Dulce – 9-bedrooms with 12 beds plus private oceanfront swimming pool and a 2nd-floor balcony overlooking the ocean.

Casa Dulce Grande – 16-bedrooms with 18-beds plus private oceanfront swimming pool and 2nd floor balcony overlooking the ocean. This home has a large living room with a huge flatscreen TV, Pool Table and Foosball Table.

The best in Jaco for large groups

We were a group of 20 and we had an absolutely fabulous time. The owner was always available to answer questions and the concierge service was great. The house is absolutely wonderful with a pool and it is on the beach. Through the concierge service we had chefs, groceries, alcohol runs, ATVing, Ziplining, boat party.. it was absolutely amazing. We had the time of our lives.
