The property features 9 comfortablebedroom s/ 12 beds - outside pool and party area with covered service bar and Gas BBQ grill. When you walk out of the front gate of the house you are standing on the sands of Jaco Beach. Direct beachfront!
The house features a fully appointed luxury Kitchen with all major appliances, cooking utensils and equipment, dinnerware, drinkware and everything you need in a fully equipped kitchen!
Bedrooms are spacious, modern decor, and very comfortable. There are 12 beds total within the 9 bedrooms ( please note we CAN NOT add extra beds, rollaways or cots)

* Airport: When searching for and booking your flight, make sure you fly into the Juan SantaMaria airport ( SJO) and not Liberia. SJO is only an hour and a half from the Jaco area. Liberia is 4 hours away! DO NOT fly into Liberia
passengers. All of our drivers are safe, professional, licensed and insured.
* Full time maintenance staff on call just in case. Things break, stop working, dont work right etc.. it happens occasionally and when it does, we have maintenance staff on the ready to fix, repair or replace any hiccups that might occur during your stay.
*Housekeeping - Light daily housekeeping is included with all rentals. Your friendly and professional housekeeper will clean up after you daily, make your beds, tidy up and clean up after your parties, and keep the house in clean condition during your stay.
*Internet - Our homes are equipped with free WiFi internet
* Cable TV: All televisions have cable TV with a large variety of channels to choose from. There are many channels available in English.
