This was my retreat experience and was delighted by the place. I see that EXPEDIA rates it at 3 1/2 star but would consider this place much higher. The place is very new and decorated in a calm, simple but yet stylish way. The setting on the side of the mountain offers stunning views and the sound of the forest is so peaceful. I was blown away by the attention of the employees, they are genuine and kind. If you are concern about the semi/raw diet...don't be!! I was so surprise on how good...

From the first interaction with Steven in reception (complimentary glass of wine upon arrival), to their willingness to help. I had a race and was not able to take advantage of their buffet breakfast, however the kitchen was kind enough to prepare me a plate of food that was amazing upon my return back to the hotel. Rooms were spacious and loved the balcony and kitchen option. Kitchen was equipped, but lacked some basic things like towels for hot pans and a strainer for pasta. It had just one...

Arrived early and given keys to unit 3 hours before regular check in. Office staff friendly and very accomodating. No paperwork and no credit card asked for at check in. Room was amazing. Large rooms nicely furnished. Excellent a/c. TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Huge kitchen with marble counter tops and with lots of utensils and appliances and a supermarket about a 3 minute walk from the complex. A laundry room with washer and dryer. Plenty of towels. A beautiful balcony...

Just stayed here one night before flight out next morning. Seems pleasant, wish we could have enjoyed the pool. Had dinner and breakfast . Dinner was good, a little pricier than we found at most other restaurants in CR. Breakfast was included, few selections of some meats, scrambled eggs, fruit, toast and juices and coffee and teas.

Great place, great food, awesome service. My family -and me- love staying in this all inclusive hotel maily because of the food.

Best because it not loud, you can walk out your room right to the pool, the rooms are large, the breakfast is awesome and location is perfect. The south end of Jaco is much superior beach, less rocks, and easy to walk to the shopping. I don't need all that fancy luxury at Crocs and getting from the beach to your room is a hassle, gotta walk through the restaurant and Libby and wait for an elevator and this and that... Morgan's Cove the best

Todo excelente. Podria mejorar siempre en la calidad y variedad.

Good place to stay

The hotel was great! Short walk to the beach and all the shops/restaurants. EXTREMELY helpful staff.. The man who checked us in was very friendly and helped us out with questions about the bus routes and helped us order a pizza when we got rained in one night! The bed was comfortable and the place was definitely cleanly! Pool was not too cold or too hot and a great chill zone! Great WiFi also! We would absolutely recomend this place! Thanks for having us!!

Everything ok
