This charming retreat offers modern comforts, a relaxing atmosphere, and direct beach access, making it the perfect getaway for couples and families.

Nestled in a peaceful and scenic area of Jaco Beach, Paloma Blanca offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Located on the southern end of Jaco, this neighborhood is known for its laid-back atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and easy access to the town’s best attractions.

Beachfront Serenity & Surfing



Just steps from the beach, Paloma Blanca is ideal for those looking to relax by the ocean or catch some waves. This part of Jaco Beach is less crowded, making it perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing.



Getting Around:

Getting around Jaco is easy and convenient: Taxis and Uber are readily available throughout Jaco, and you can easily find them near Paloma Blanca.

The public bus system offers an affordable way to travel to nearby destinations, such as San José, Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. Buses regularly depart from Jaco, and the main bus terminal is just a short walk from the condo.

Jaco is a bike-friendly town, and renting a bike or scooter is a fun and Eco-friendly way to explore the area.

Paloma Blanca’s location makes it easy to explore Jaco on foot. Jaco Beach, along with a variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes, is just a short stroll away.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: Onsite parking is available for LPB owners only. The lot across the street is for renters and guests.

Renters/Guests will be charged $10/night to park in the secured lot across the street. Full payment of parking for

the duration of the stay is due to the administration office upon arrival/check-in.

Estacionamiento: El estacionamiento en el sitio está disponible solo para los propietarios de LPB. El lote al otro lado de la calle es para inquilinos y huéspedes.

A los inquilinos y huéspedes se les cobrará $10 por noche para estacionar en el lote seguro al otro lado de la calle. El pago completo del estacionamiento por la duración de la estancia debe realizarse en la oficina administrativa a la llegada o durante el registro.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon your arrival, entry is remote. I will send the access details and codes 24 hours in advance. This will be done either through the channel or via my local phone, depending on your preference.



It is important to submit the names and ID numbers before your arrival to complete the security registration.
