Great second floor condo with pool view- Best location in Jaco beach

Monte Carlo luxury vacation rentals is located in Jaco beach. Very close to shopping places, super markets, restaurants, etc. This Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a private bathroom in the main room and there is also a bathtub in the second bathroom. There is a large living room with very comfortable furniture. There is a sofa bed available, dining table, flat screen tvs, and books and magazines. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all type of appliances, utensils, etc, to make your own meals saving lots of money in restaurants. There is free WIFI available, hot water, and also, there is a cleaning crew available. We provide cleaning twice a week for weekly or monthly rentals and for rentals longer than 2 days, every 2 days. There is a mini split AC unit in each room. The condo has a large balcony with really nice furniture to sit outside to enjoy seeing flying humming birds, butterflies, or just have a cup of coffee in the morning or in the afternoon. There is washer and drier in the Condo.

The complex has swimming pool, jacuzzi, swim up bar (self-service), BBQ area with gas grill, parking lot, 24 hours security, there is also a concierge office right on the parking lot. We have a very friendly staff available every day from 08:00am to 05:00pm. Late check ins are also welcome!

Jaco is a very convenient town. It has a little for every one. Amazing sunsets, surfing, lots of restaurants, tours, discotheque, bars, coffee shops, souvenir, etc. You can also use Jaco has your base to explore Costa Rica by car.
