Tropical Modern House in gated community, perfect for families!

Located in Playa Hermosa, 10 min from Jaco Beach, 20 min to Los Sueños Marina and 90 min to SJO airport

Experience all the natural wonders of Costa Rica while enjoying a beautifully designed tropical modern beach house,  surrounded by beautiful lush forests in Valle Perdido (lost valley) a gated community with guards at the entrance 24 hours and only a five minute walk to the beach and surf!

Several small creeks run through the area and  shaded roads make for great morning walks. Monkeys, wild turkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, blue morpho butterflies, wild pigs, horses and all kinds of birds can be seen in this community.

Nearby Jaco Beach has many restaurants, shops and an active nightlife.

Tours in the area include sport fishing, ATV rentals, zipline, surf lessons, horseback riding, crocodile tour, turtle watching and waterfall tours.

 Playa Hermosa is known for having waves to surf year round, morning surf is the best!

There is 2 national parks less than one hour away (Manuel Antonio and Carara)
