The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture. "Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again. "
