A internet com sinal fraco, não tinha edredom, apenas um lençol muito fino, velho, fechadura da porta com sinais de arrombamento, janelas sem cortinas, muita claridade ao amanhecer do dia. Porém os funcionários são cordiais, prestativos.

Antigo mas é bem localizado

O prédio é antigo, as instalações são velhas e desconfortáveis porém tem um quarto com banheiro, é muito bem localizado e um bom preço.

Praticidade para quem viaja pra Natal

O hotel fica numa excelente localização, ao lado de um shopping pequeno mas bem funcional, muitos restaurantes e transporte. O pessoal da recepção muito bom, o que me fez optar ppr permanecer no hotel por mais 2 prorrogações. Contudo, a manutenção e limpeza deixam muito a desejar. Após 2 unidades que estavam com problemas, consegui uma em que o ar e a tv funcionavam. Os reparos hidráulicos que foram feitos tiveram um acabamento grosseiro, que enfeia muito a unidade. Coisas básicas como um porta toalha, prateleira ou mesmo um espelho não existem. Gentilmente consegui um espelho emprestado de uma funcionária, o que me fez, como disse , relevar os problemas e concentrar-me no meu trabalho. Gostei muitíssimo da localização do prédio, e nas 2 últimas vezes que pedi a limpeza( o fazia de 3 em 3 dias), colocaram uma funcionária nova que realmente fez um bom serviço, pois nas vezes anteriores a impressão que tinha era que jogavam água sanitária no vaso e no box e só. As toalhas e roupa de cama manchadas, poidas esburacadas também merecem uma atenção. Porém, como disse, nas 2 últimas vezes em que pedi limpeza, a funcionária era mais caprichosa, e apesar das roupas serem as mesmas, parece que deram um trato maior na lavagem das mesmas. Acho que os proprietários tem um grande empreendimento nas mãos, porém tem que investir um pouco mais nos detalhes como acabamentos, dedetização e roupas de cama e banho.

Utensílios velhos, encardidos, incluindo camas, lençóis e toalhas. Ambiente sujo e mofado, especialmente o banheiro, que tinha um forte cheiro de água sanitária, mas muito sujo, como se a faxina fosse apenas jogar água sanitária no ambiente. Nos dois dias que me hospedei havia um grupo de hóspedes que gritavam e batiam nas portas uns dos outros (inclusive em horários de silêncio) sem qualquer interferência dos funcionários do hotel. Não recomendo!

Gostaria em primeiro lugar informar que o período de permanência é estada, faria uma sugestão para que não fosse necessário solicitar ao recepcionista itens de banho e cama, no meu entendimento estes itens básicos devem ficar à disposição do hóspede, como também modificar/substituir o suporte de toalhas.

Simples, mas confortável

Não vi que não serviam café da manhã. local é agradável, mas durante a madrugada algum hóspede do quarto de cima do meu, começou a fazer barulho, do tipo jogar coisas no chão. Fui até a recepção e informei, mas o barulho continuou por mais ou menos meia hora. Instalações boas.
