Hotel was good, staff with no experience
Disappointed with the reception staff, no good customer service
Hotel staff didn't not greet when arriving nor did they say thank you when leaving. The first room we were given during our stay has already been slept in. The pillow was yellow the bathroom was dirty there was rice where someone had eaten in the bed sheets.
The only nice person there was only one of the security and the manager of the restaurant and well as his staff the peope at the desk were not very welcoming. Thetoilet on the balcony with the great view was covered in all sorts it was disquisting.
Preis -Leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut.Deshalb die gute Gesamtbewertung.Nur Inder im Hotel als Gäste, deshalb ziemlich
laut.Super Blick über den See und Gegend.Zentrum schnell erreichbar , ebenso Amber Fort.Das Hotel ist für wenig Geld hervorragend für Jaipur geeignet.Ich werde es beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.Zimmerservice,Reinigung und Bettwäschenwechsel muss man wohl anfordern.
Staff asleep on kitchen floor at check in around 2am cockroach in room no hot water until 4am no 24 hour security as staff fall back asleep after giving u a key. They don't ask for identification very old fashioned place DEFINATELY not like the pictures on websites make it out to be. Do NOT stay here. Iam from London and not particularly have extremely high standards but atleast a hotel staff member to be present at check in when he was asleep and manager was home.
This Hotel is bang opposite the Jal Mahal and you get very nice view from 3rd floor rooms. The rooms are very well maintained and matches standards with any European hotel. The staffs are very nice. The food is very well priced and very tasty as well so you would not have to go anywhere for your dinner. The range for breakfast is a little less though.
Definitely recommended.

Decent hotel.
Friendly concierge, reasonably clean room, honest staff team. Getting the internet to work anywhere but the first and ground floor isn't possible.
Really awful. Some big Muslim event was going on in the neighborhood, and there was a guy droning on over loudspeakers for 13 hours each day.
Room has no tea, no bottled water, couch but no chair, minimal hot water, apparently no insulation against sounds inside and outside hotel, toilet doesn't always work well.
There is nowhere even barely passable to eat outside the hotel unless you walk down to the nearest main road, and see one restaurant if you turn right.
The "Royal View" is that you can see the Jal Mahal from the hotel rooftop, but otherwise, the views are nothing and there is certainly nothing royal about the hotel other than price for a car to the airport.....
When I needed to get a morning flight, I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi since there were none in the neighborhood that early. (The street is extremely light on taxis and tuk-tuks.) They charged me 800 rupees and tried to give me reasons why 800 rupees for an airport taxi is appropriate and necessary; of course I had paid only 1/3rd as much to get from the airport to the hotel.
I got a cheap rate on the room, but it was still not worth it. I would have gladly paid double the price for an acceptable hotel in Jaipur.
Stayed for 3 nights and found hotel to be as close to perfection as possible. Lobby, restaurants & lake view (from terrace). Staff was consistently attentive & helpful. Our room was very clean and well decorated. Bathroom was all we could ask for. Station pickup service is also available at very reasonable prices.
Hotel location is very peaceful and most of the monuments are within close proximity.
Avoid this hotel. Nothing good to say about. Wasn't bad just not good. Terrible location and overpriced. The bed was so hard and the washroom wasn't very clean. Wasn't terrible just not very good. We spent two nights and it was more than enough.
Stayed at this hotel with my family for 3 days. Had some doubt while booking this hotel as number of reviews were less but useful. Very close to Jal Mahal. Rooms were very clean. Sufficient options for lunch and dinner with very affordable price with good quality. Breakfast options were very limited. Enjoyed free wifi at lobby. Staff were very helpful. Arranged cabs for ajmer-puskar. They even send their staff to arrange transport for Rly station when our cab could reached at time and we were about to miss our train. I find it perfect budget hotel for short term stay.
This is a great hotel, situated close to the lake palace and a good view from the roof top terrace.
The room was modern, spacious, clean and hot water on tap! I had two good nights sleep with comfortable beds and plump pillows.
The staff were attentive and helpful.
Would recommend :)
This is a great hotel to stay- clean comfortable, helpful staff and good food!

really bad staff-do not even think of staying ther
We checked into the hotel at around 1am, our booking was fully paid in advance. The rooms are decent, because it is a new construction. We were quite happy till we interacted with the staff. I had requested the staff if we can check-out at 12 but pick our luggage up at 4pm. The staff was outright rude and said no. When i said that is really non-cooperative, the receptionist was crazy rude and replied do what you want to do. I asked him his name and he replied 'vijay dinanath chauhan' which was the name of a famous bollywood actor in a movie. When i asked him why he is cracking such ugly jokes with a customer, pat came his reply that his name is vijay singh but his friends call him that! When i said i am not your friend and maintain decorum with the customer, he threatened to throw us out of the hotel at 10pm!! After i returned to my room and was feeding my six month old, he barged into the room to conclude the fight..when i said i will call the police, he said the hotel owner is "afzal bhai" who is like a don in jaipur..when other residents joined in and demanded an apology, he refused..overall pathetic experience..d good condition of the hotel was overshadowed by this incident..
