"+++Location.. easy to find..mall direct connection is very convenient..food choices delicious.. +++Prices affordable - - -Lights are old and too Dark.. no USB outlets..need to bring old traditional electric plugs.. Water plumbing maintenance is needed... Plumbing are leaking when turning On . +++ overall... I stayed 2 times 2+3 nights in Aug 2025.. I will be back again later this year 👍"

"Very convenient location in terminal 2 CGK. A good place to rest from a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I've stayed here three years in a row and the staff remembers me. Has a full service restaurant, beer and drinks, room service, shuttle service and a smoking lounge."
