"My family had a wonderful time when we stayed at Asakusa View Annex for 5 nights in early June. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Almost everyone working here is so eager to help. Only one minor unpleasant thing. Coming from the United States, we are used to refilling our water bottles whenever we can. But the young lady working at the Lounge on June 1st was so rigid that she showed me a message in her phone using translation app that we are not allowed to take food or drinks out of the lounge. When I told her we did not take anything, she pointed at the water dispenser and pointed at my own reusable water bottle. I could not help but laughing. I told her we were sorry about that. The hotel cleaning staff replenished bottled water everyday for us for free. I don’t understand why we can’t refill our water bottles from the dispenser because it is more environmentally friendly."

"We were traveling with 6 people and it was hard to find a room for us with reasonable price. Koko hotel was just right fit for us. The location was great. There is seven eleven right there and we probably went at least once a day. The room was so roomy and kitchen, big fridge, microwave, oven toaster and kitchen table!!!!! It was like home! And the bonus was there is laundry machine in the room!! Seriously there is nothing to complain about. I loved Koko hotel and I highly recommend this place!"
