"Listen folks, do not waste your money here. They do not honor "pay now" bookings, even if you paid online, you will still be asked to pay in cash. They will fool you to get your refund the next day, but truth is, they will not process it until you're checked out. Plus couple of room observations, comfort room is dirty, lots of bed bugs and roaches, no garbage bags, booking says parking is free and yet, they are charging a fee, and staff are unapproachable. Such a very bad experience. Hotels.com...
