"I stayed here in April 2026, I really enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and clean, the AC and water pressure did not disappoint. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Over all I loved my stay and would stay here again next time I am in Guadalajara."

"The worst ever terrible no clean we has hair all over the floor they change our unit but still all the hotel is not clean and the area is full of homeless and bad vibe not recommended "

"Room was super clean and cozy. I am very picky when it comes to restrooms and this one was perfection. Shower was huge and overall very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was very helpful and in a time of need, they helped me by letting me borrow a form charger when I lost mine. Will moat definately book again "

"Worst place to stay in the world I was there for two hours and I decided to rent another hotel. The room was dirty the area around was terrible I don't know how Expedia offers this kind of dangerous hotel not recommended for families it was scary and people staying here looks like they live here and they were so loud and there were fights inside and outside the hotel"
