"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was exactly as described and was exceptionally clean. One detail we especially appreciated was the note explaining that the duvet covers are laundered between guests. That's something many rentals don't mention, and it gave us extra peace of mind.The layout was perfect for our family of three. The two bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom, which worked very well for us. There is also an additional full bathroom located underneath the house in the enclosed storage/utility area beneath the stilts. We found that extra bathroom, along with the outdoor rinse-off shower, to be very convenient after coming back from the beach. There is also a nice tiki bar area under the house, which was a fun bonus.The location was excellent. Although it was too hot for us to walk, the beach was only about a two-minute drive away, making it quick and easy to get there. It was also conveniently located near Pariah Coffee and Starboard Side Café, where we enjoyed breakfast.Overall, this home was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing beach getaway."

"Communication with the host was excellent. Very responsive and attentive to our requests.The only negative thing I have to say is, and I know the home is older, but the sofa was ready for the trash bin. All seriousness, it was the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on. The cushions’ zippers were all broken and the stuffing was coming out all the time.My suggestion, haul the sofa away and invest in a replacement! It was rough but again, overall, we had a great time!"

"One complaint was outside furniture needs to be replaced. We took porch swing down before anyone got in it due to broken spring. Rope swing was rotten and chair on upstairs balcony was broke. Also misleading when said 2 baths. Thinking 2 baths upstairs in house not shower and commode downstairs in carport. Will check better next time. Also bed count was wrong."
