"Excellent service"

"Very clean hotel with extremely helpful staff. Was about a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street, Flushing subway station where we got the subway 1 stop to Citi Field for baseball and was also about a 30 minute ride into Central Manhattan. The hotel area was very quiet, Main Street was very lively but even returning at 11pm we always felt safe"

"I’m vegan they didn’t have any which was a disappointment. Also need to have front desk knowledgeable about deliver food options when you have a late night check in. Would be nice if they had some recommendations for people who are international and aren’t familiar with area. Our room did not have a remote and when we received one upon request it did not work. Would be nice if roomed had a microwave."

"Staff was nice as was the room. We had to get someone to come and repair the sliding bathroom door. It still didn’t close all the way."

"We booked this hotel to sleep in after a flight from Rome, Italy and before a drive home to Ohio. We arrived at the hotel at 1am. Check in was quick, and they even set up our return shuttle back to the airport so we can get our parked car. The room was good. We got a 7th Floor room away from the elevators and it was easy to sleep with little noise. The breakfast is standard Hampton Inn fare, with hot oatmeal, waffles, potatoes, eggs, and bacon. Many bread, cereal, fruit, juice and other options are there. It filled us up for the trip home."

"The property and the room is very clean a lot of dining options and walkable distance. The only thing is the breakfast is only until 8:00 am"
