"Room was very clean, and perfectly adequate, but not particularly impressed that no drinks were available in room, not even bottled water, and no WiFi available in bedrooms. I did mention to staff on two occasions, and was told that a 'note' would be made, useful. Had to stand in corridor to obtain signal, not ideal."

"The air condition was not working in our first room and after the second nice the staff kindly relocated us to a new room. While the new room had working air conditioning and slightly bigger, the shower drain was clogged and we rushed our showers to not cause a flood. We did mention this to the hotel staff, but it went unfixed. Overall, good hotel in a prime location to downtown and all the touristy things to do in Dublin."

"From the moment we arrived the staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff were spot on. The breakfast buffet is a definite add on that should be done. The food was really good and there were plenty of choices to fix it up during our stay. The bar and restaurant are very good as well. The location is a plus. You are smack in the middle of just about everything Dublin has to offer. No need for a car you can walk to everything within 20-30 minutes tops."

"Recently stayed here as a group of 16 people for a Hen Party. This is possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in - from the minute you are greeted through the door you're met with friendly and helpful staff, as well as beautiful interior design. The rooms were lovely, very clean and everything felt brand new - there was even a clothes steamer, hair dryer (with diffuser attachment for curly hair!) and a mini fridge included in the room. The bathroom & showers were brilliant and included lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash, rooms were air conditioned / temperature controlled via a dial on the wall that was very responsive. The hotels bar downstairs is stunning, with plenty of seating to choose from / different areas for quieter occasions or lively ones - the cocktails were out of this world! This was a 10/10 stay for me and would 1000% be staying here for my next stay in Dublin!"
