"We stayed here with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed our time. This property is absolutely lovely and one of the best kitchens we've ever had at a VRBO. The kitchen is very well stocked and has high end appliances. Because there are no stores/restaurants nearby, the kitchen is a major bonus. The property grounds are lovely and the creek in the backyard is very soothing. We didn't have great weather during our stay, but the large front porch (covered) made it wonderful. We were able to sit outside while it rained and still had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the entire experience was excellent. Maria was very responsive and the check in was seamless. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some peace and quiet in a lovely location."

"House is absolutely lovely! The five bedrooms with multiple beds in many, and four full bathrooms, were just perfect for our large family attending a wedding at pippin hill. The house has tons of charm, feels very historic, and also very comfortable. Its living and dining rooms are large - perfect for a large family. Read the owners instructions closely - and then reread them. They have tons of tips on locking doors, turning on the fridge, etc. the kitchen is well stocked with pots pans, paper towels, toilet paper, and paper products, but bring your own coffee and such - we were pleased we did. The house is up a two-way, very narrow road that becomes gravel for the last mile or so - with little traffic and lots of trees - so it’s beautiful. Our cars -two small and low to the ground and a mini suv - made it up the road with no problem, though we did feel more comfortable in the suv esp after heavy rain one evening (we’re more used to city driving, we admit!) A tree went down one night and we were thrilled how quickly and kindly the local fire dept responded. Grandma uses a walker and was great in the house but a bit challenged on the rock path to the house from the driveway. We should have read that part of the description more carefully, and the notes sent to us before were clear the house is not accessible. All that said, grandma had a great time and we were totally thrilled with it all overall"

"Wonderful weekend--the property over-delivered. We will definitely stay here again. The dogs most definitely will. After running around the property for two days, I wasn't sure we'd get them to come home."

"Crossroads Inn strikes a perfect balance between luxury and unpretentiousness. The inn is rustic and the staff is welcoming and down to earth. The place is tastefully decorated and the gardens, beautiful. The bed, linens, coffee and breakfast were a cut above. We felt very well taken care of and would love to return!"
