"Beautiful and charming vintage property! The kitchen is well equipped, and we loved the dining and sunrooms. The location is central to mamy of the Memphis attractions. The host is on-site in a basement apartment, and very responsive. The property has one TV downstairs, but it's located in one of the bedrooms. There is another TV upstairs in a small media room with theater seats. The 3rd bathroom is located in the media room however there are no bedrooms upstairs. Overall our family enjoyed the stay!!"

"The house was great the photos were a little deceiving it looked like a straight path from the lake to the pool but there were lots of steps but the kids loved the pool that’s where we spent most of our time it was a little disappointing we couldn’t fish because the lake was so low but I know they hadn’t had much rain the kids still had fun in the peddle boat"

"We enjoyed staying here and ended up extending our stay for the unit next door. The host was very communicative and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues that came up. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning had some issues staying cool in the daytime but the temps outside were reaching record highs during our stay so that’s not out of the norm. Pictures were totally accurate and we also liked that there was parking space in the back as well as a driveway on each side. We felt safe the entire time during our stay and never had any issues with the guests Nextdoor, all in all it was a very nice quiet stay for a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again in the future! "
