With a one-of-a-kind appeal and ideal location, this cottage was built for enjoying time with friends and family...and PET FRIENDS as well.

🌳Shady Lake Hideaway offers quick and easy access to LAKE CUMBERLAND and local and hiking spots. The 60 FOOT BOAT DRIVEWAY on the property allows for BOAT PARKING in addition to the main driveway as seen in photos.
All 3 QUEEN BEDROOMS have their own bathroom. Yep! 3 FULL BATHROOMS=amazing find! An additional sofa bed is located on the lower level.

This hexagon-shaped cottage is truly unique. Lovingly called "the nut house" (as in hexagonal nuts and bolts) by the road's veteran residents, the cottage has an open concept UPPER-level that includes 2 bedrooms with QUEEN beds. Both bedrooms have an attached bathroom. The upper-level bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) has an attached shower. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) has an attached shower/tub combo.

The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN allows for home cooking with all major appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. The bar height table seats 6-8 people with the expandable leaf found under the table. A live edge breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The upper-level conversation area has board games and a Smart TV with access to the GRILL DECK and outdoor seating/eating area.

The LOWER-level doors open to a welcoming FIRE PIT with Adirondack chair seating where one can roast s'mores, share stories and play a game of corn toss.
The lower-level POOL TABLE, Smart TV, and JBL PartyBox allow for an evening of kick-back and relax after a hard day of play. You will find the Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) QUEEN, FULL bathroom with shower, sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and laundry room on the lower-level.

Due to the steep and rocky shoreline, there is no direct lake access from the cottage.
The street has views of Jamestown Marina below.
